Inclusive geoscience instruction

The journal Nature Geoscience has just published in the section "Correspondence" a Short Note that analyzes the complex situation of education in geosciences for people with disabilities and the international initiatives that are currently under development. . The authors are Chris Atchison, Director of the International Advisory for Geoscience Diversity (Georgia State University) and Jesús Martínez Frías, President of the Commission of Education in Geosciences of the International Union of Geological Sciences (Center for Astrobiology, CSIC-INTA). Martínez Frías already directed a Meteorite Course in 2010 at the Museum of Natural Sciences of Tenerife, especially for people with disabilities.
