Puerto del Rosario, last stop of Buscando VIDA in the Universe in the Canaries, 23-10-2014

On days 23 and 24, at the El Charco Polyvalent Center, the Astrobiology workshops are held.

A virtual trip to Río Tinto or Antarctica accompanied by scientists of the Center of Astrobiology (CAB, CSIC-INTA) is one of the possibilities of these workshops. Also, attendees will be able to discover the conditions of habitability on Mars, known thanks to Curiosíty and the REMS Spanish environmental station that it has on board, or how water volcanoes form in places as far away as the icy moons.

This educational project has been developed by the Scientific Culture Unit of the CAB and participates in the Science City program organized by the CSIC and sponsored by the La Caixa Foundation.
