My current focus is on theoretical research in evolutionary and molecular biology. It includes various methods of mathematical modelling, topology data analysis, and large-scale data interpretation.
Previously, I did computational approaches development and implementation in structural biology and rational drug design.
I also do a lot of international educational activities for young people. One example is the School of Molecular and Theoretical Biology (SMTB), where high school students from all over the World get the opportunity to participate in actual scientific projects alongside real scientists.
