Thursday 26 January 2023 marked the 45th anniversary of the launch of the International Ultraviolet Explorer satellite (IUE), https://www.esa.int/Science_Explorati…
The project was a success (the satellite was designed for an operational life of 3 years and was in operation over 18 years) and marked the beginning of astronomical space observatories.

17:25-17.45: Spontaneous interventions (limited to 5 minutes each)
17:45-19:00: The reunion / Coffee / Projection of videos and photos of IUE’s history
